Cancellation Policy | Supreme Signature Journeys

1. Cancellation by the Guest

All deposits (30% per person) are non-refundable regardless of cancellation date. For the remaining balance (70%), the refund schedule below applies.

60 – 89 days	50% refund of balance
30 – 59 days	25% refund of balance
Less than 30 days	No refund

2. Cancellation by Supreme Signature Journeys

If Supreme Signature Journeys cancels a departure for any reason within our control, a full refund of all payments will be issued within 14 business days.

3. Force Majeure

Supreme Signature Journeys is not liable for cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, government travel restrictions, war, civil unrest, or pandemic declarations. In such cases, we will offer a credit toward a future departure of equal value. Refunds in force majeure situations are at the company’s discretion.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers trip cancellation. This protects guests against cancellation costs that fall outside our refund schedule.

5. How to Cancel

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@supremesignaturejourneys.com. The cancellation date is the date the written notice is received.
