1. Company

Supreme Signature Journeys LLC is registered in Wyoming, USA (EIN 32-0852335). These terms govern all bookings made through supremesignaturejourneys.com or directly with the company.

2. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 30% per person is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance of 70% is due 90 days before the departure date. Quotes are valid for 14 days. All prices are quoted in US Dollars. Payment is processed via Stripe or ACH bank transfer to Mercury Bank.

3. Group Size & Departures

Each departure operates as a private small-group, intentionally limited to 12 travelers. Supreme Signature Journeys reserves the right to cancel any departure with fewer than 2 confirmed travelers. In such cases, a full refund of all payments will be issued.

4. What Is Included

Each program’s inclusions and exclusions are listed on the relevant trip page at supremesignaturejourneys.com. The published list at the time of booking confirmation is binding.

5. Hotels

Hotels are confirmed as listed or equivalent 5-star alternatives. Supreme Signature Journeys reserves the right to substitute equivalent properties if the listed hotel becomes unavailable. Guests will be notified of any substitution before departure.

6. International Flights

International flights to and from Egypt are not included in any program. Guests are responsible for arranging and paying for their own international flights.

7. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not included and is strongly recommended for all guests. Supreme Signature Journeys is not liable for costs arising from trip interruption, medical emergencies, or travel delays.

8. Conduct

Supreme Signature Journeys reserves the right to remove any traveler from a departure whose conduct is disruptive to other guests or guides. No refund will be issued in such cases.

9. Liability

Supreme Signature Journeys acts as an organizer of travel services provided by third parties including hotels, guides, and transportation providers. We are not liable for acts or omissions of third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
